Generally it takes 2-4 business days for processing after receiving your order. Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays. Orders will not be processed on Saturday and Sunday. **Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM EST to be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.**

2. Delivery Time
We do our best to ship your orders from our warehouses as quickly as possible. After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

3. Change of Delivery Address
NO FEE for changing shipping address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

4. Order Tracking
If you have already registered on anyclubactive.com, you can track your order, shipping and handling information on your account. If you have not registered on our website, you can track your order here with your Order ID and email.

5. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately, we will not charge additional handling fees and provide a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

6. Shipping Details
We offer free shipping on all orders over $79.9 (USD). For orders under $79.9 (USD), a flat shipping fee of $9.9 (USD) will apply. We ship all orders within the United States using reputable carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Please note that AnyClubActive is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may be incurred upon delivery.
